The Fourth Estate

The Fourth Estate the next branch of government for the United States. This is the branch that deals with all forms of media, and i mean all. The reason that we have this fourth branch is because the people need to be informed and up to date in the news and opinion of the world. The significance of this branch is it decides how information is put out and we all now the first amendment which is freedom of speech which is a closely guarded asset to each and every citizen as well as the fourth branch. There are however rules and regulations to how things are put out and even what were allowed to take pictures of and stuff like that.
